In person in Nairobi, on site, or by video call if you are based abroad. Around 45 to 60 minutes covering your project, timeline, budget, and site.
We write a clear proposal
Sent within five business days. It sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee. Take as long as you need to review it. No pressure to respond quickly.
You decide
If you want to proceed, we agree terms and begin. If not, for any reason, there is no charge and no follow-up pressure. The decision is completely yours.

We create layout options and photorealistic 3D visuals for your review. You see the space in real detail before any commitment is made, then we refine it with your feedback.

Once the design is confirmed, we prepare the full set of drawings and manage the county approval submission on your behalf so every document is ready to build from.

We stay involved through construction, checking contractor work and managing changes. The project ends when you are standing in a space that looks exactly as it should.
A large number of our clients are based in the UK, United States, Canada, Europe, and the Gulf. They are building or investing in Kenya. Our process was built to work remotely from day one. You do not need to fly to Nairobi to start working with us.
