Our Story
Avere was not started to fill a market gap. It was started out of real frustration.
Frustration with processes that fell apart halfway through. With clients handed from architect to contractor to interior designer with no one truly in charge of the result. With design in Kenya that too often chased trends instead of serving the people who had to live inside.
We wanted to do it differently. We built a studio around one idea: that the best results come when architecture, interior design, and visualization are handled by the same team, inside the same practice, with one person accountable from the first brief to the final key. No handoffs. No gaps. No excuses.
That structure is not an accident. It shapes every project we take on, every team we build, and every client relationship we enter. Six years later, we still believe it is the right way to do this work.
Today we work with homeowners, investors, developers, businesses, and institutions across Kenya and internationally. Some of our clients sit with us in Nairobi. Others are in London or Houston or Dubai, managing a project back home through video calls and 3D walkthroughs. What they all share is that they care about what gets built, and they need a team that matches that level of care.

Design projects go wrong in the same ways every time. The brief is misunderstood. The drawings do not match what was agreed. The interior designer never met the architect.
